    "Ordered 2 bottles, one came dented. They replaced and that took 1 week and came dented again. They asked me to repeat the returning process again. Poor service poor handling. How bad is the product if this is easily dented. The coffee flask dont even stay hot for 12 hours and it is leaking too. The material of their bottles is quite thin too. All marketing with all those colours etc. But the product and service is actually rubbish. Stay away from this company."
