No. Over a decade ago, Hydro Flask pioneered an alternative sealing process for vacuum insulated bottles. In 2012, we moved away from what was at the time the industry standard vacuum sealing process and toward an innovative process that sealed our bottles without the use of lead. Even though this new process was more complex – and more expensive – we chose this path because we aimed for a higher standard knowing lead could be harmful to consumers, manufacturing partners and the environment.
Sometimes we do run out of certain Hydro Flask styles and colours, but not to worry because we can let you know when the colour/style/size that you want is back on the block. Simply add your email address in the tab that shows up when trying to select the ‘currently unavailable’ product. We will let you know as soon as its available.
Its best to go back to the retail store that you purchased your Hydro Flask from, they will run you through the warranty process.
Depending on the size of your order, the time of day your order was placed, and the location of your address in comparison to Sydney, processing and shipping times vary. If your order is below 10 flasks and is made before 12pm on a weekday, your order is generally dispatched to you that same day. Orders made up of 10+ flasks may take an additional day to process. The shipping delivery times will vary between 2-10 days, depending on location through Australia. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the mentioned estimates do not include nights, weekends, or holidays.
Unfortunately, no. Hydro Flask AU do not ship to international destinations.
Yes! Orders can be shipped to a different address other than the billing address. During the order process, you will be asked for a billing address, as well as a delivery address.
Unfortunately no. We do not accept any returns for any reason. There are only two exceptions. The first being, if your Hydro Flask is eligible to be claimed under the Hydro Flask Let's Go! Promise: Product Warranty. Please refer to the Warranty tab to learn more. The second being, your flask was damaged upon delivery from the courier. If you use your flask, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage. This claim needs to be made within a week of your order being received by the courier. Photos of the damage need to be provided for your claim to be processed.
All Hydro Flask powder coated bottles are dishwasher safe. Hydro Flask Coffee Mugs are not powder coated, and they are not dishwasher safe.
Unfortunately, no. The mouthpiece of the wide mouth straw lid is not designed to be detached from the rest of the lid. This will cause the lid to be damaged and possibly cause the lid to leak. If your straw lid does become damaged due to detaching the mouthpiece it will not be covered under warranty.
